Jughead's imagination runs wild on the cover of this 1967 Archie Series gem — daydreaming himself and Archie as WWI biplane pilots, running low on paint mid-dogfight while enemy planes swarm around them. Back in reality, Jughead is sprawled at a table building a model airplane, glue can at hand, completely lost in his own fantasy. Bill Vigoda's cover pencils bring this wonderfully silly scene to life, and the bonus header gag — featuring a girl daydreaming about a boy while hearts float overhead — adds an extra layer of Riverdale charm to the whole package.
