“Home Sweet Homework”

In "Home Sweet Homework," Little Archie’s messy room becomes the unexpected hero when a cat burglar named Cat Kane targets the Andrews home—after drugging Spotty, the family cat. With the house filled with toys that somehow give away the intruder’s presence, the family must figure out how to catch the thief before he escapes. Written and illustrated by Bob Bolling, this 1976 Laugh Comics Digest Magazine issue blends humor and suspense in a classic Archie-style adventure, all drawn from the creator’s own hand. Little Archie upsets his father by leaving his toys lying all around the house. But something far more upsetting happens when a cat burglar, "Cat" Kane, picks the Andrews home as the next target, and sneaks into the house after drugging Spotty. Thanks to Little Archie's toys, the family is alerted to Cat's presence in their house, but can they stop him from getting away?
