Jughead #141
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeJughead has apparently taken inspiration from "TV's Caped Crusaders" for his morning routine — and the cover by Bill Vigoda and Marty Epp shows him sliding down a fireman's pole through a hole in the ceiling, schoolbooks in hand, while a wide-eyed Archie watches from the doorway in delighted disbelief. Two small inset bubbles at the top hint at even more of Jughead's harebrained schemes, making this 1967 Archie Series issue feel like a cheerful celebration of creative (if impractical) problem-solving. Frank Doyle's story, "The Challenge," promises the kind of warm, gag-filled fun that made this series a perennial favorite.
