Hulk #12
The Red Hulk takes center stage on this 2009 cover, clutching a massive golden trident while flanked by a menacing crew that includes a snarling blue creature, a figure in green, and an armored presence looming in the background — a portrait of raw power and uneasy alliance. Ed McGuinness and Dexter Vines deliver their signature bold, muscular linework, making every character feel like a physical threat about to burst off the page. With Jeph Loeb's "Winner Takes All" as the story's title, this issue promises exactly the kind of high-stakes confrontation the cover so vividly suggests.
