In the labyrinthine catacombs of Kang’s castle, Mantis battles Midnight, while the Frankenstein Monster carries off the injured Vision and the Human Torch alongside the Hulk. Abroad, Libra has broken free from prison, and Thor clashes with Kang and the Hulk, even as Hawkeye frees Inmortus and Rama-Tut after defeating Zemo. Kang escapes, but Inmortus ultimately gathers them all, heals the wounded Vision and Iron Man, and sends each villain back to their proper time—except the Human Torch, whose future Inmortus intends to reveal to the Vision.
