Siguen las peripecias en las laberínticas catacumbas del castillo de Kang. Mantis lucha contra Medianoche, el Monstruo de Frankenstein se lleva a La Visión herido junto a la Antorcha Humana y el H. Maravilla. En el mundo exterior, Libra se ha escapado de la cárcel. Thor se enfrenta a Kang y a H. Maravilla, Ojo de Halcón libera a Inmortus y a Rama-Tut tras luchar contra Zemo. Kang se escapa. Finalmente Inmortus reúne a todos, cura a los heridos Visión y Hombre de Hierro, y devuelve a su tiempo a cada uno de los villanos, excepto a la Antorcha a quien quiere mostrar su destino como la Visión.
