The Joes leave Cobra Island after a brief fight between Lady Jaye and Zarana. Hawk, General Hollingsworth and Roadblock meet the Jugglers, and the Jugglers place the three under arrest for the Cobra Island debacle, making them the scapegoats, but Roadblock escapes and asks Dr. Burkhart for her help in revealing the truth. Minh gets a Cobra hydrofoil from Fred as payment for the loss of his boat. Destro and the freed Baroness enjoy some time together and she reveals Fred to Destro, while Fred and Mindbender discuss Cobra's future together, provided they can keep Zartan in check.
