Roadblock and the Joes not taken into custody, alongside Storm Shadow, Billy, Grunt's girlfriend Lola, and Dr. Burkhart, plan to free Hawk and Hollingsworth from Malthus and Hegel, since Malthus plans to execute them, and make it look like it was a massacre on their part while escaping. The Joes succeed, and Destro helps out by giving Malthus a receipt order for ammo used during the Cobra Island Civil war by the Joes, live on TV, earmarked as a special services fund, which Malthus and the Jugglers okayed.
