“Cobra World Order Prelude”

In "Cobra World Order Prelude," the G.I. Joe team faces a high-stakes mission in Mexico City as Hawk dismantles a Blue Ninja outpost led by Revanche. Meanwhile, the new Snake Eyes crosses paths with Storm Shadow for the first time, and a fractured alliance forms between the Dreadnoks and rogue Cobra agents aiming to disrupt Cobra Commander’s latest scheme. Just as the Commander relaxes in a pool, Destro and the Baroness make a shocking move—threatening to drop an electric toaster in, demanding a seat at the table. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by S. L. Gallant with inks by Brian Shearer, colors by J. Brown, and letters by Robbie Robbins, this pivotal issue features a cover by Paul Pope.
