As Stalker and Storm Shadow continue their escape from Crowther's men, Cobra Commander hires a new group, the Night Creeper ninjas, to kill Storm Shadow. Meanwhile, Hawk confronts General Crowther to learn of the whereabouts of Snake-Eyes, Stalker,and Storm Shadow, but Crowther protects himself, using his rank and stating that their missions are "Top Secret". Scarlett escapes her hospital confinement and catches up to Storm Shadow, whom she inadvertently stabs with an ice pick as he explains how he was going to rescue Snake-Eyes before his capture by the Jugglers, with the Creepers in pursuit.
