In "The Painting Panic," Goofy stumbles into a comedic art mishap when he accidentally buys a trunk at auction only to find a mysterious painting inside. What follows is a series of slapstick misadventures as Mr. Dilly becomes obsessed with acquiring the piece, leading Goofy through a whirlwind of creative chaos—complete with destruction, impromptu repainting, and a very unfortunate foot incident—before the painting finally changes hands.
