“Tire jumping”

In "Tire Jumping," Horace is hard at work building a cabin at the lake, trusting Mickey’s dog Pluto to keep watch over the lumber overnight. When Pluto gets sidetracked by the antics of Chip 'n Dale, a group of thieves makes off with the wood—only for Pluto to spring into action and stop them in a surprising twist. Written by Don R. Christensen and brought to life with energetic art by Paul Murry, this 1957 Four Color comic delivers a classic mix of mischief and determination, with Murry also handling the cover pencils and inks.
