The Puppet Master is concerned that something is wrong mentally with his step-daughter Alicia Masters Storm, and controls Marvel Boy to bring her to him. This causes a clash between the New Warriors and the Fantastic Four. Alicia doesn't recognize her step-father, and no longer sculpts realistic figures as she used to. The reasons for this are explained in the next issue.
