“How I Won the War: Part 1: Bring on the Bad Guys”

In "How I Won the War: Part 1: Bring on the Bad Guys," the Punisher takes on a new threat in the wake of the Civil War, hunting down a shadowy supplier behind the latest wave of high-tech villains. With Bridge stepping down from SHIELD to operate outside the law, the Punisher’s brutal methods collide with Captain America’s resistance when he rescues Spider-Man from Jester and Jack O'Lantern. Written by Matt Fraction and illustrated by Ariel Olivetti, this gritty entry in the Punisher War Journal series blends relentless action with the moral gray zones of the superhero conflict, all under Olivetti’s sharp, dynamic cover art.
