Selina heads to Keystone City to follow the lead Slam gave her. She runs into Captain Cold, who agrees to help her if she helps him on a job. She helps him steal Jay Garrick's Flash helmet from the Flash Museum. She gets the information she wanted from Cold. A man in the garb of the cultists from the previous issue gets a message from his follower that Selina was the one who stopped his soldiers earlier.
