Faith Bradley dit à Captain America que malgré la mission réussie d’Isaiah Bradley et son évasion des lignes ennemies, il a été reconnu coupable d’avoir volé l’uniforme de Captain America et a passé 17 ans en isolement à Leavenworth. Il est toujours en vie, mais l’effet combiné d’un traitement sévère et du sérum expérimental de super-soldat l’a laissé dans un état mental enfantin. Captain America exprime son chagrin pour ce que la famille a souffert (à son insu, mais supposément en son nom), et rend l’uniforme à Isaiah Bradley.
