Cap and Hank Pym try to figure out how to get the Controller's control disc off of Namor without damaging him and decide to try and get another disc to analyze. Crossbones and the Voice head out to snag the Controller on Red Skull's orders and find the villain trying to steal the power of Thor. Cap intercepts them and battles the Controller, tricking him into planting a control disc on his neck. Red Skull tries to get the Controller to zap the mysterious lackey who has become an integral part of the Acts of Vengeance but finds that his quarry is much too powerful.
