Red Skull is offered a part in the Acts of Vengeance. Cap returns to Avengers headquarters and learns that it has been sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Namor is also contacted and offered a role in the new super villain scheme but runs to tell the Avengers. Crossbones snags the Controller as the newest flunky of the Red Skull. Controller battles Namor and puts a control disc on his neck. Namor battles Cap but the control disc is rattled and the Sub-Mariner falls unconscious.
