Candy #21
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeCandy — billed right on the cover as "America's Favorite Teen-Age Girl" — finds herself in a very awkward equestrian situation in this April 1951 Quality Comics outing. The cover says it all: Candy is being bucked clean off a paint horse that has apparently just obeyed a "Full Stop" sign, while a bewildered Ted looks on and Candy demands to know why he never mentioned the horse could read. Packed with 52 big full-width pages at a dime, this is lighthearted teen comedy at its most charmingly absurd.
