Jennifer Mills, the new editor on the school newspaper, decides to do a gossip story on Veronica using quotes from Marcy taken out of context. When that doesn't prove to be enough, Jennifer places a listening device on Marcy and gets inside information on the Lodge Corporation taking over a national coffee-house franchise. The deal is worth millions. She then decides to leak that information in the school newspaper as well.
