In "Inspiration," Mr. Lodge attempts to motivate Archie with a tale of his rise to wealth, only to dive into a meandering retelling of his entire life—complete with detours through school days and odd jobs—without ever revealing the secret to his fortune. It’s only when Veronica steps in that the truth comes out: he got rich by marrying a millionairess.
