Issue three of this twelve-part Dark Horse series pairs Christopher Claremont with artists Butch Guice and Eduardo Barreto for "Virtually Real," a chapter that clearly revels in its crossing of two of sci-fi's most fearsome franchises. John Bolton's painted cover is quietly arresting: a dark-haired woman in a draped red dress kneels and raises a Predator skull aloft with both hands, her profile calm and almost reverential against the deep green background — an image that suggests equal parts danger and strange fascination.
