Age of Apocalypse #14
In the fractured reality of the Age of Apocalypse, the Dreaming Celestial stirs to life deep within San Francisco, setting off a chain of desperate actions across the shattered landscape. As teams split to confront the monstrous threats emerging from the Celestial’s awakening, Hercules makes a final stand to protect it—only to fall in the process. Meanwhile, Jean’s group races to harness the powerful Death Seed, but their efforts are undercut when Dark Beast steals it, leaving their next move uncertain. Written by David Lapham, Marjorie Liu, and Greg Pak, and brought to life by André Araújo and Renato Arlem with vibrant colors by Cris Peter and Lee Loughridge, this issue delivers a pulse-pounding escalation in a world where every choice could mean the end of everything. The cover, by Giuseppe Camuncoli and Cam Smith, captures the moment of awakening in stark, haunting detail.
