Age of Apocalypse #13
In the shattered world of Age of Apocalypse #13, Nightcrawler faces a turning point as he refuses Mystique’s offer to join the Hand, choosing instead to return to the only home he’s ever known. As Lady Penance rebuilds a fractured nation and Graydon seeks to heal his father, the consequences of past choices ripple outward—Weapon Omega confronts Cyclops in a moment of reckoning, and Jean’s path begins to shift as she steps into a new chapter. With Nightcrawler confronting Dark Beast and Goodnight’s transformation reaching its final act, the lines between loyalty, redemption, and survival blur. Written by David Lapham and illustrated by Renato Arlem and Valentine De Landro, with colors by Lee Loughridge and letters by Cory Petit, the issue’s cover by Greg Land captures the tension of a world in flux.
