A woman blinded in a plane crash undergoes an experimental eye surgery at Southside Hospital, during which a mysterious supernatural force attempts to possess her. The couple pursues the treasure, but encounters werewolves guarding the island, leading to a climactic battle where they use silver pellets to defeat the supernatural creatures.
