Andrea Broccardo, born in 1982, is an Italian comic book artist best known for his detailed linework and dynamic storytelling across Marvel’s licensed and superhero titles. He entered the industry in the mid-2010s, quickly establishing himself as a reliable penciller and inker. Broccardo’s most prominent work came on Marvel’s *Star Wars* series, where he contributed art during the franchise’s return to the publisher, illustrating issues set between the original film and *The Empire Strikes Back*. His style—clean, expressive, and suited to both cosmic adventure and grounded action—made him a frequent collaborator with writers like Charles Soule and Cullen Bunn. Beyond the galaxy far, far away, Broccardo co-created the *Deep Beyond* series and lent his pencils to *Alien*, *Doctor Strange / Punisher: Magic Bullets*, *Civil War II: X-Men*, *Marauders*, and *Monsters Unleashed*.
