Beast Man
Beast Man is a savage henchman who serves the evil Skeletor in the world of Eternia. Possessing the ability to control wild creatures, he appeared in DC's early Masters of the Universe comics adaptations beginning in 1982.
Few villains from the Bronze Age carry quite the nostalgic charge of Beast Man, who first prowled the pages of Masters of the Universe: King of Castle Grayskull back in 1982, brought to life by the creative team of Don Glut and Alfredo Alcala for World Distributors. Over nearly four decades β right through to 2021 β he's remained a fixture of the Masters of the Universe comic universe, sharing chaotic, action-packed pages with icons like He-Man, Skeletor, Teela, Man-at-Arms, and Prince Adam. With 40 catalog appearances spread across titles including Masters of the Universe Annual and The Vengeance of Skeletor, plus two collector-recognized key issues to his name, Beast Man is far more than a footnote β he's a durable, fan-beloved presence in one of fantasy comics' most enduring mythologies.
