Running for 32 issues, the book blended Cold War paranoia with superhero action, with key writing by Fabian Nicieza, Danny Fingeroth, and Steve Perry, and moody, grounded artwork by Mark Texeira, Bob Hall, and Rodney Ramos. It stands as a cult-favorite New Universe title, exploring the cost of power and institutional control in a way that felt both timely and deeply personal.
