In Victoria, British Columbia, Wayne lets Lindsey touch his earring, and she sees how he escaped Sanctuary, and that Kathy, Stasi and Boyd have survived. Tyrone confronts Imprint, Backfire and Donner Kopf of the Medusa Web and learns that Kathy, Stasi and Boyd are alive. They offer to help rescue them if the teens join the Medusa Web. Later, Tyrone visits Andrew for info on the Medusa Web and also learns that Boyd has been drafted and the other two are in Bethesda Naval Hospital. He then stops at the hospital and, upon temporarily entering his body, finds that he can't move his legs.
