Another featured story depicts the harrowing journey of pioneering aviators whose plane encounters trouble over Greenland and Iceland, ultimately receiving aid from native peoples and military cooperation before the crew reaches safety in Europe as celebrated heroes. The issue also includes "Fighting Champ," which follows boxer Jeffries as he trains under Corbett's mentorship to improve his skills and overcome his limitations in the ring.
