Tomb of Dracula #30
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeIssue #30 of Marvel's long-running horror series delivers one of its most kinetic covers, with Blade front and center — wooden weapon raised and shouting his own name as a battle cry — while Dracula, snarling in his blue-black cape, is simultaneously beset by a mob of attackers in a chaotic rooftop brawl. A small inset in the upper corner shows the Count in his triumphant bat-winged pose, a nice reminder of just who the real threat is, even when outnumbered. Gil Kane and Tom Palmer bring genuine urgency to the scene, and with Marv Wolfman writing and Gene Colan illustrating the interior, this March 1975 issue is a fine example of the series firing on all cylinders.
