Tomb of Dracula #11
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThere's a delicious irony on the cover of Tomb of Dracula #11 (1973): a group of motorcyclists — one confidently declaring "There's no such thing as vampires!" — are completely unaware of Dracula swooping down on them in his billowing cape from above, a smug and menacing presence against a city backdrop. The cover art by Frank Brunner and Tom Palmer captures that perfect blend of dark horror and dark humor that made this series so compelling. With "The Master of the Undead Strikes Again!" blazoned across the bottom and "The Voodoo-Man!" waiting inside from writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan, this is early-'70s Marvel horror firing on all cylinders.
