Tim Holt encounters a group of Sioux Native Americans near town, and after they mention "little green men" that have plagued them, Jeremiah Whetstone dismisses the report as superstitious nonsense. When mysterious creatures attack a wagon carrying immigrants, Tim investigates the strange occurrence. Tim battles against hostile forces, including an encounter where Wolf-Eater's bullet wounds his bronc, and he must face the gathering Sioux riders who are blamed for the attacks. The story involves Tim protecting the settlers while uncovering the truth behind the mysterious "little green men" threatening the territory.
