The final issue of this DC series goes out on a striking note, with cover artist Kia Asamiya assembling the full Titans roster — Nightwing front and center, flanked by teammates in red-and-gold, deep blue, red-armored, and star-field costumes — standing resolute atop crumbling debris as the team's massive logo fractures and falls around them. It's a visually arresting send-off image, the scattered rubble and swirling blue sky lending the scene genuine weight and drama. With Jay Faerber writing and Peter Grau and Bud LaRosa on interior art, "Generation Gap" closes out this era of the Titans in February 2002.
