In "Stalkers in the Shadows," Spider-Man finds himself drawn into a deadly game when the Punisher, newly escaped from Dannemora State Prison with Boomerang's help, sets his sights on the Kingpin. With Felicia Hardy recovering in the hospital and the mysterious Cloak and Dagger tracking the Punisher's trail, Spider-Man must navigate a web of violence and hidden motives. Written by Bill Mantlo and illustrated by Al Milgrom, with inks by Jim Mooney and colors by Bob Sharen, this 1983 issue features a cover by Al Milgrom that captures the tension of a city on edge.
