The Punisher #95

Part II of "No Rules" arrives in this October 1994 issue, and Frank Teran's cover sets a fittingly grim tone — bodies strewn across a blood-red ground while a scarred, colorfully-dressed figure stands amid the carnage wielding what appears to be a flaming weapon. Looming over the entire scene is a massive Punisher skull symbol rendered in shadow, an ominous reminder of who's responsible for the reckoning below. Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning's "No Mercy" chapter promises to deliver exactly what that cover threatens.
