The tension between the Punisher's cold composure above and the violent struggle unfolding at his feet makes for a genuinely gripping image. With Richard Rainey writing and interior art by Isaac M. del Rivero, "Raving Beauty" looks to be a sharp, street-level 1994 chapter in Frank's ongoing campaign.
