The Punisher #65

Part two of the seven-part "Eurohit" arc takes Frank Castle's war on crime across the Atlantic, and the cover — penciled by Doug Braithwaite and inked by Al Williamson — sets a menacing tone right from the start. A scarred, long-haired villain levels an oversized multi-barreled weapon directly at the viewer, with the Punisher's bullet-riddled skull emblem looming behind him in the shadows. "Vive le France!" declares the cover, promising a French adventure from the creative team of Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, and artist Dougie Braithwaite that readers in 1992 could catch twice a month.
