The cover by Dougie Braithwaite presents the Punisher front and center — skull emblem prominent on his chest, combat harness loaded with gear, and a hefty firearm held at the ready — backed by a striking collage of European national flags that sets the continent-spanning stage perfectly. Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning are at the helm for this ambitious arc, with art duties handled by Braithwaite and inker Al Williamson delivering a Frank Castle who looks every bit as formidable as the mission ahead of him.
