The Mighty Thor by Matt Fraction #2
In "Fear Itself: In the Beginning," Matt Fraction and Pasqual Ferry deliver a mythic origin story that reshapes the foundation of Thor’s world. After Bor’s death, the forces of chaos unleashed by Cul and his Worthy threaten the mortal realm, forcing Odin, Vili, and Vi to confront both ancient enemies and their own destiny. With a sacrifice to Yggdrasil and a decisive victory over Cul, Odin reclaims the realm, renaming Aesheim Midgard and setting the stage for the world as it will be known. The cover by Pasqual Ferry captures the epic scale of this turning point.
