Curated by Craig Yoe, the collection features holiday tales from classic characters and lesser-known gems, all reproduced from original comics. It's a nostalgic, visually rich treasury capturing the spirit of mid-20th-century yuletide comics.
In "The Carolers," David and Kathy’s last-minute Christmas wish takes a surreal turn when their desperate attempt to reach Santa leads them through a dreamlike journey to the North Pole—only to discover he’s already on his rounds. With art by John Stanley and Dan Gormley, and a cover by John Stanley, this heartfelt tale blends whimsy and wonder in a story where belief becomes reality, even if just for one night.

David and Kathy have left their list to Santa to the last minute. They try to break into the toy department thinking Santa may still be there. The local police convince them to go home to sleep. There they dream of pursuing their quest to the North Pole, only to find that Santa has already left for rounds. When they return home, they go down the chimney after him. They find Santa already in progress and give him the letter personally and then go to bed. All's well in the morning, because they believe their dream was real.
