Looming behind him stand three determined figures crackling with lightning energy, green-costumed resolve, and a glowing blade, forming a formidable ensemble bearing down on Central City's scarlet speedster. Robert Venditti and Van Jensen's "Public Enemy" storyline gets a striking visual statement from cover artists Ivan Reis and Joe Prado, with Jesús Merino and Guy Major bringing the interior pages to life.
