Written by Mark Evanier and illustrated by Will Meugniot, with inks by Al Gordon and colors by Jo Meugniot, this issue delivers a tense, twist-filled chase that redefines who the real enemies are. The cover by Will Meugniot and Al Gordon captures the high-stakes urgency of the moment.

Santa Avaricia's dictator, General Cambio (see previous issue), has been assassinated and replaced by General Voraz. Krell sends the team there to capture Stiletto, the prime suspect. They succeed, but Stiletto's execution is halted by Vlasov (in the Mega-Man robot) who reveals that Krell and Varoz conspired to murder Cambio. Stiletto and Vlasov escape separately, but Varoz is unseated.
