The second chapter of "Family Ties" arrives in this 1997 Top Cow/Image issue, and Marc Silvestri's cover — inked by Matt Banning — makes an immediate impression: Jackie Estacado is rendered in a striking split composition, one half consumed by the living armor of the Darkness and the other cloaked in ornate golden tattoos, both hands glowing with supernatural energy against a fiery orange sky. It's a visually arresting design that captures the dual nature at the heart of this series.
