The Vulture, also known as Adrian Toomes, has been hospitalized but snaps out of his depression when he meets and becomes inspired by Nathan Lubensky, May Parker's boyfriend who is confined to a wheelchair. He resumes his criminal career and hides in May's and Nathan's nursing home. When Peter Parker visits his aunt, he identifies Toomes as the Vulture and changes to Spider-Man in order to stop him.
