In "The Forest of Peril!", Tangor crash-lands on a strange, alien world and finds himself hunted by a horned, four-footed beast. Forced up a tree for safety, he’s joined by a small, simian-like creature who tries to fend off the predator with coconuts—only to trigger a deadly charge that brings the tree down. With quick thinking, Tangor draws the beast’s attention and leads it away, surviving a brutal fight by sheer luck. Grateful, the creature guides him through the perilous jungle toward the mountains, where its larger kin await.
