Agents #8 In the main story, "Final Encounter!," the conflict between T.H.U.N.D.E.R. and the Overlord of the subterranean world reaches its climax as both sides prepare for a decisive battle. The T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agents witness the interrogation of the captured Warlord and learn that the Overlord has developed a device called the "Helmet of Truth" that compels the wearer to answer every question honestly, which may provide the key to defeating him. The issue also includes a letters column and advertisements, including a "Fun Supermarket" page offering various novelty items and magic tricks for purchase.
