T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #5 is an anthology featuring two main stories. The cover story "Double for Dynamo" depicts the villain Mastermind creating an android duplicate of the hero Dynamo to infiltrate T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Meanwhile, "Menthor vs. the Entrancer" shows agent Menthor confronting a villain called the Entrancer, whose mind-control powers pose a threat to T.H.U.N.D.E.R. In the Dynamo story pages visible, an unconscious "Weed" is transported via truck, and T.H.U.N.D.E.R. discovers an android resembling Weed, prompting agent Alice to investigate the android's origin and purpose.

Dynamo and the Golem
10 pp · Superhero
MenthorSubterraneans

Dynamo infiltrates an underground stronghold where the Overlord's council of Warlords has deployed a devastating android called the Golem—built with the strength of a hundred men and armed with a weapon designed to disable Dynamo's power belt. When the hero finds himself captured and his belt sabotaged, he must rely on quick thinking and his fellow T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent Menthor to survive the encounter and stop the Warlords' plot to conquer the surface world.

In the Caverns of Demo
10 pp · Superhero

NoMan pursues Demo, the escaped warlord who has enslaved a barbaric island race and is now using them to strike at the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent's headquarters. When Demo seizes NoMan's invisibility cloak deep in an underground cavern complex, the android must outmaneuver his foe in a collapsing mountain lair where Demo holds the upper hand. NoMan's multiple bodies and quick thinking become his only advantages in a tense battle for the cloak that neither can afford to lose.

Return of Baron Von Kampf
10 pp · Superhero

Lightning races to prevent sabotage at a T.H.U.N.D.E.R. test flight, only to discover that one of the ground crew has been forced into helping Baron Von Kampf—his daughter held hostage by the villain. Together, Lightning and the coerced agent infiltrate the Baron's hidden fortress to free her and confront the supervillain himself. When the Baron springs a deadly trap filled with his signature paralyzing dust, Lightning must rely on every ounce of his super-speed to protect those he's sworn to save.

Menthor Vs. the Entrancer
10 pp · Superhero

Menthor faces his ultimate mental challenge when a ruthless criminal named Vargas Templer seizes the mystical Red Ruby of Tibet and becomes the Entrancer—a villain whose illusory powers rival the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent's own psychic helmet. Dispatched to the small nation of Rhutan where the Entrancer has staged a lightning coup, Menthor must battle a foe who can bend reality itself to his will, all while stripped of his most vital weapon. With the help of Danara, daughter of the murdered Lama, the two mental titans clash in a duel of imagination and willpower that will determine the fate of an entire nation.

Double for Dynamo
14 pp · Superhero

When Noman uncovers android imposters planted within T.H.U.N.D.E.R., the Mastermind captures Weed and creates a perfect replica of Dynamo—complete with the power to wield the Thunderbelt itself. Now the real Dynamo races against time to stop his artificial double from destroying the Nevada Project, while his captured teammates fight for survival against overwhelming odds. With the Mastermind's plan in full motion, only Dynamo and Weed stand between the agency and total catastrophe.
