“Judomaster... Traitor!!”

In "Judomaster... Traitor!!", the eponymous hero flies a stolen Japanese airplane to Tokyo, determined to stop a super rocket before it can be launched. After destroying the missile and the rocket's plans, he's captured and coerced into broadcasting a propaganda message against the Allies. Written and illustrated by Frank McLaughlin, with inks and letters by the same, this 1977 issue features a cover by McLaughlin that captures the tension of the moment — a 0.15 GBP comic where loyalty is tested and the line between hero and traitor blurs.
