A T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents story involving the villain Speed-Demon, who moves with such velocity that agent Lightning struggles to combat him effectively. During their confrontation, Speed-Demon mysteriously becomes weak and exits the battle, prompting the agents to investigate his unusual behavior. The team later encounters the immortal agent NoMan, who reveals he has been tracking Speed-Demon and the demons pursuing him, with NoMan using his invisibility powers to intervene in the conflict and prevent the demons from capturing their target.
